De Marco's target customer at the present time is pizza brands looking to provide food in a fast and convenient manner. The company will work with its brand partners to create recipes to use with the machine. The ingredients beyond the basics black olives, onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, peppers, sausage and chicken will vary by customer.
While the company raises funds, the engineering team continues to develop the machine, which De Marco estimated will be available in early There are 30 Wavemaker Labs engineers working on the machine, along with Bobacino, an automated tea bar, and Graze, an autonomous lawnmower, De Marco said.
Wavemaker Labs is an investor in all three companies. The final unit will be approximately eight feet wide by four and a half feet deep and six feet high, and have a window that allows the consumer to watch the pizza being prepared.

The first customers will be existing pizza brands, although the company will operate a few of its own machines in the Los Angeles area.
De Marco declined to name the brands he is presently negotiating with. The company expects to have 20 to 25 machines in operation next year, De Marco said, and at least 5, in the next five years.
